En agosto de 2024 se cerr\u00f3 la transacci\u00f3n de venta del 100% de Compa\u00f1\u00eda Minera Agregados Calc\u00e1reos S.A. -COMACSA- al Grupo HOLCIM. Esta transacci\u00f3n marca el ingreso al Per\u00fa de HOLCIM, l\u00edder global en la industria de cemento y materiales para la construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Macroinvest fue el asesor financiero exclusivo en la venta de COMACSA, bajo la direcci\u00f3n de sus Socios M\u00f3nica Com y Mateo Moreyra.<\/p>\n

Desde hace 75 a\u00f1os, COMACSA es la principal empresa peruana dedicada a la extracci\u00f3n, transformaci\u00f3n y comercializaci\u00f3n de minerales industriales y cemento blanco.<\/p>\n
