Este fondo tiene un plazo de 11 a\u00f1os de duraci\u00f3n conformado por un periodo de inversi\u00f3n de 5 a\u00f1os y un periodo de desinversi\u00f3n de 6 a\u00f1os. Se colocaron 800 cuotas de un valor nominal de US$ 100,000 equivalente a US$ 80\u2019000,000. A la fecha, cuenta con 04 part\u00edcipes. El fondo es gestionado por Macrocapitales Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversi\u00f3n. En la actualidad el fondo est\u00e1 inscrito en el Registro P\u00fablico del Mercado de Valores como fondo p\u00fablico bajo R\u00e9gimen Simplificado.
